The first step in the hiring process for most of our open positions begins with a phone interview.

We use a combination of interviewing and selection tools to help us evaluate and determine the right people for the right jobs. These include competency-based questions as well as behavioral and situational interviews. For some roles, we also require the applicant to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process.

Finalist candidates are typically required to interview in person at one of our site locations.
The key to predicting how you will perform in a job is to collect and examine examples of how you performed in similar situations in the past. To evaluate your past performance, Accretive Health uses a behavioral and situational-based interviewing. You'll be asked to provide specific and complete examples of your past experiences, projects, etc. Our interviews are targeted for the specific job for which you are applying. We also strongly recommend conducting thorough research on our company.
