SVP, Physician Revenue Cycle Management
20 years in healthcare, 16 with R1 RCM as a leader on the Physician Revenue Cycle Management team. Currently lead all Deployment/Standards and Performance Management activities across our physician revenue cycle client base which includes onboarding new employees, developing and installing the standard physician model, contracting activities, preparing for optimization in steady state, and performance improvement. Previously partnered with several $200M – $500M NPSR physician groups to lead end-to end initiatives that focused on sustainable revenue cycle improvement. Key member of a team that developed and compiled our solutions into the 100+ page playbook that dictates best practices for current and future customers. Prior to joining R1 RCM, worked at a health care management consulting firm responsible for physician fee schedule management and continuous quality improvement initiatives
