Below are some red flags to watch for:

• R1 will not ask you to download Trillian, Telegram or any other encrypted messaging app.
• R1 will not send you a job offer signed by our CEO.
• R1 does not use Gmail accounts.
• R1 does not offer bonuses for completing onboarding tasks.
• R1 will not send you a check to deposit as a task or to evaluate how well you follow instructions.
