Berenys Polanco, RCPhT

Berenys has a background in pharmacy spanning over 19 years and a National Pharmacy Technician Certification since 2005. Her career has been marked by roles in medication management, compliance, and training, notably in Oncology IV preparation, Fertility treatment management, and 340B claims auditing. Her roles have honed her skills in audit preparations, personnel training, and inventory management. Since transitioning to the legacy par8o team (now R1) in 2020, she currently leads the A.C.T team, concentrating on Audit, Compliance, and Training, where she applies her experience to uphold and enhance industry compliance standards.
