Chris Ricaurte

Chris rejoined R1 in February 2024 as Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for company-wide strategic initiatives, including M&A, Global Operations and the Physician and Specialty Care business line.

Prior to this role, Chris served as co-CEO of Parsley Health and as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of VillageMD. He has extensive experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management, including his time as senior vice president of revenue cycle operations, CFO and treasurer at R1, from 2013 through 2019. Chris began his career as a financial analyst at GE and rose through the ranks to become CFO of the company’s Power Controls division. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Miami University.
