Kyle Hicok

Kyle Hicok joined R1 through the Cloudmed acquisition, where he served as President and General Manager. At R1, Kyle was the Chief Commercial Officer in 2023-2024 and now serves as the President of the Revenue Performance Solutions (RPS) division.

Kyle is passionate about creating and delivering high quality solutions for the provider community. In his 23+ year career in revenue cycle, he has experience leading operations, consulting, shared services, growth, and client engagement teams to deliver industry leading performance and outcomes. As the RPS leader, he is responsible for delivering solutions to over 580 health system clients, growing the business, and driving solution innovation across the revenue cycle. Kyle has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
