When I transitioned to R1 in September 2022 from Sutter Health, I was overseeing denial follow-up teams but had an interest in automation and data analytics. My military background had taught me to always look for new opportunities, so after attending an R1 automation presentation, I decided to make a transition in my career.
R1 provided me with an opportunity to join a new team and explore my passion. I’m now working exclusively on data workflow management and tech-processes to improve RCM efficiency and operations.
